About Joe & Stephanie Prue
Founded by Joe and Stephanie—proud United States Air Force veterans—our brewery is the culmination of a journey fueled by adventure, passion, and a deep love for craft beer. After
retiring from military service, we traveled across the country, exploring the diverse landscapes and vibrant beer scenes that inspired our dream: to build a brewery rooted in tradition, community, and quality.
That dream found its home in Falcon, Colorado, on a breathtaking 13.4-acre property with
sweeping views of Pikes Peak. Over four years, we poured our hearts into designing and building
our brewery from the ground up, self-funded and hands-on every step of the way.
