Our Beer
Ascent English IPA
(ABV. 5.2%) - known for its balance of hop bitterness and malt flavor, with a focus on traditional British hop varieties. Unlike the more intensely hopped and often fruitier American IPAs, English IPAs tend to have a more restrained, earthy, and spicy hop character, often complemented by a noticeable malt presence. Focused on IPAs circa 1800.
Ascent Spruce Tip Blonde
(ABV 6.6%) A crisp, clean flavor with subtle piney and slightly sweet finish. A crowd favorite.
Ascent Hefeweizen
(ABV. 5.0 %) A German-style wheat beer known for its hazy appearance, and unique flavors of banana and clove, often accompanied by subtle floral notes. A refreshing beer with a crisp and effervescent character. GPL-brewed
Ascent Blood Orange American IPA
(ABV: 6.4%) a hop-forward craft beer characterized by intense floral and blood orange notes.
Ascent Italian Pils
(ABV: 6.1%) a crisp, light-bodied beer with pronounced floral, herbal aroma that emphasizes a soft malt palate, a clean finish, and a highly aromatic, refined hop character
