Our Beer
Ascent Helles
(ABV. 5.1%) - A traditional German pale lager with bready or crackery notes, subtle floral hop aromas from noble hops and a clean finish. GPL-brewed
Ascent German Pilsner
(ABV. 5.0%) - known for its light body, golden color, and pronounced bitterness. It is typically brewed with German Pilsner malt and a blend of German hops, resulting in a floral and slightly spicy aroma. The beer is crisp, clean, and refreshing, with a dry finish. GPL-brewed
Ascent Spruce Tip Amber
(ABV: 6.6%) A malty flavor with subtle piney and slightly sweet finish.
Ascent Blood Orange Italian Pils
(ABV: 6.1%) a crisp, light-bodied beer with pronounced floral, herbal aroma that emphasizes a soft malt palate, a clean finish, and a highly aromatic, refined hop character infused with fresh squeezed blood oranges.
Ascent Farmhouse Saison
(ABV: 6.1) a refreshing dry ale characterized by slight fruity, spicy, and earthy notes. It offers flavors of citrus (lemon, orange), black pepper, and clove, finishing crisp and bone-dry with absolutely no lingering sweetness.
