Our Beer
Ascent Dunkel
(ABV. 5.0%) - A classic dark German lager characterized by its dark brown color and rich, malty flavor. The name "dunkel" is German for "dark". It's known for its balanced, smooth taste, with notes of bread crust, caramel, and slight hints of chocolate and nuts. GPL-brewed
Ascent German Pilsner
(ABV. 5.0%) - known for its light body, golden color, and pronounced bitterness. It is typically brewed with German Pilsner malt and a blend of German hops, resulting in a floral and slightly spicy aroma. The beer is crisp, clean, and refreshing, with a dry finish. GPL-brewed
Ascent Belgian Stout
(ABV. 7%) - A rich, dark, roasted malt flavor
Ascent Hefeweizen
(ABV. 5.0 %) A German-style wheat beer known for its hazy appearance, and unique flavors of banana and clove, often accompanied by subtle floral notes. A refreshing beer with a crisp and effervescent character. GPL-brewed
Old English Amber Ale
(ABV: 6.0%) a modern craft beer style that blends characteristics of traditional English ales with the malt-forward, caramel-like profile of American amber ales. It has a balanced flavor, combining specialty malts for a rich, toasty body with moderate hop bitterness from English hop varieties
