At Ascent Brewery, we rotate our flagship beers to offer a mix of traditional Old World flavors and fresh, seasonal New World styles. We proudly brew our German-style beers following the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), ensuring traditional quality and purity in every pint.

Being we're only a 1-barrel system, our beers tend to change out fairly quickly. Check back often to see what's new.
